Why does the new griddle have some marks on the plate surface？

There are two possible reasons for marks on a new griddle:

If the package of the grill is intact but has oil film on the surface is used to protect the surface of it to avoid be rusted.   

SOLUTION: Just clean the surface. And feel free to bother us with any questions. 

If the package of the grill is incomplete and shows signs of use. It is possible that the wrong item has been delivered to you.
